After being burned by a very fraudulent company, I researched and contacted numerous other shipping brokers,finally deciding on Red Carpet. The experience was night and day different from what I had dealt with in my first attempt to get my son's car from Huntsville, Alabama to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Calls and communication were prompt and courteous, and all relevant information regarding the total cost and timing were presented. Two small issues:
1) The transporter was late by one day, and missed the delivery date by two days. As my son was not there to begin with to pick up the vehicle, this was not a huge issue, though it did cause a small inconvenience to the person we had asked to pick the vehicle up.
2) The contact information for the person picking the car up in Colorado Springs, CO was not forwarded to the actual driver of the truck. Had I not reviewed the order form with the driver, there would have been potential issues at the time of delivery, as the driver would not have been able to reach my son.
Other than these two small issues, the car made it to its destination in good order without further issue.
