I would rate me experience with Red Carpet Auto Transport as Excellent. My contact, Lorilai, was very professional and responded quickly any time I had a question. Furthermore, she provided updates as the transport occurred, without me having to contact her.

A funny story - I was warned by a friend that the transport company would give me a date and then fail to deliver my car on-time. This had me very worried as I needed my car in California in order to get to and from work. Well, my car was picked up on the day the transport company said it would be, and best of all delivered on the date they promised. Needless to say, my friend was shocked and impressed. Bottom line - even though they were not the cheapest - I would recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport to family and friends, and specifically tell them to ask for Lorilai Headlee.
