From the moment I called Red Carpet Auto Transport to the day of delivery, I knew I was working with a professional. Amber Washington took care of me liked we've know each other for years. She was courteous and showed real concern when my Vette was delayed, day after day, for a week. Red Carpet used L&D Motorsports for the transfer. This was the most disorganized bunch of clowns I've ever come across in my life. The promised pickup time was 10 hours late. The promised delivery was a week late, despite a couple of assurances it would arrive tomorrow. When they finally showed up, the driver hung up the trailer and had to get a tow truck to pull him off the pavement. The L&D dispatcher had difficulty locating the truck during the transfer from Atlanta to Phoenix. They also dinged up one of the mirrors and promised to send someone to fix it. That was ten days ago. It's safer, in my mind, to take care of this myself. I could go on for paragraphs.
This is not a condemnation of Red Carpet or Amber Washington. Like I said, they were extremely professional and offer terrific customer service. But, if you are ever told L&D Motorsports is moving your vehicle, hang up the phone.

I am glad you had a great experience with myself, although the experience with carrier could have been better. I will personally not use that carrier again because I will only continue to work with carriers that are as reliable as we here at Red Carpet are. Thanks so much again Mr. Hotchkiss.
