What an easy experience: I had done my "homework" ahead of time and was aware of the many things that could go wrong. this is why I decided to contract with a top company. It was a breeze. Contrary to warnings about "they'll tell you anything you want to hear, Michelle was very honest and even conservative on her estimations of pickup and delivery. A carrier was located one day after I contracted and the delivery of the car was on time. From start to finish I had my car in 8 days traveling from coast to coast. Michelle was a real pro. I had problems with my cell phone and couldn't receive calls and she worked around it to keep me informed. I was concerned with the transport since the car was a brand new Audi; she made suggestions for good care for it. Thank you Red Carpet.
