We used Red Carpet Auto Transport to ship my sister's car. Denise was very professional on the phone and managed to find a carrier very quickly - the carrier was able to pick up the car the next day! The carrier was able to deliver the car quickly as well - about 2-3 days ahead of the expected pickup date. However, the carrier was not that great and the driver gave my sister a hard time on the location for pickup. He did not want to provide door to door service, nor did he want to meet my sister at the other locations that she suggested. He did not seem like an experienced driver. While the service from Denise was fine, the company needs to do a better job in "vetting" the carriers that they use.

I'm glad I was able to give you 5 star service, unfortunately as for our driver I had no control in that but I will make sure that we let our drivers know how important it is to stay in contact with our customers at all time. Thanks again Denise Flores rcat.denise@yahoo.com 602 438 4644
