Denise Flores at Red Carpet Auto Transport provided excellent customer service for the transport of our car from Florida to Arizona. She was very helpful from the first contact made with us. She explained the entire process to us and was very personable. We were very impressed with the followup calls to notify us of the name of the pickup person, the expected arrival time as well as the phone call after the arrival time to ensure that the car was picked up on time. She called to ensure the car was delivered on time without any problems. The customer service provided by Denise was exceptional. Red Carpet has a fantastic employee in Denise. She goes above and beyond in customer service which is rare to find. We would highly recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport and will use them again in the future
