We were originally told our car would be picked up within 5 days from the day we called, we then received a phone call the day the car was to be picked up from the driver telling us he had to postpone one day. We called our seller and told them of the schedule change.

Then the next day, the driver called again and indicated he couldn't pick it up for another 2 days. At this time we called Red Carpet, they told us they were switching to another driver/company and the car would not be picked up for another 5 days. We were in a serious time constraint as we were moving and really needed our vehicle. Then the driver called us 3 days prior to the set pick up date and said he was picking it up early.

Our time frames were changed 3 times at least and the only response red carpet gave us was that it could take anywhere from 3-9 days for a car to be picked up and there was nothing they could do about it.

We felt bounced around, had no idea when our car was being picked up. Once we finally were in touch with the actual driver and not red carpet things went much more smoothly. He was a wonderful driver and very considerate of our situation. Red carpet was no help at all and called us to confirm we had received our car after we had already had it for 2 weeks.

We would not use this company again.
