Although my vehicle was only 1 day late and I had to walk a few blocks to meet the driver due to the street I live on was not really accessible for the size of the truck, I still give this company 5 stars!! Customer service was excellent. I like the fact that no money was required until my vehicle was picked up. Doug was great! Definitely recommend Red Carpet Transport.
