My first auto transport experience. My contact, Felicia, spent 65 minutes explaining how this would work and answering my numerous questions. (Her thoroughness made me more comfortable - and supported their high rankings from previous customers.) I spoke with her on Friday - and the truck was picked up less than 24 hours later! The driver was also very friendly and thorough during the inspection of the vehicle. It left on Saturday and arrived in Washington on Tuesday! So - for me - start to finish was 4 days! I could not believe it was this easy. Truck arrived with no marks or issues. We unloaded it and took it to its new home. I looked at hundreds of reviews on several companies - and I chose Red Carpet. I am so glad I did - because my experience was a 10 on a scale of 1-10. (and I have been in Customer Service for 20+ years)
