Alice helped get me set up. I found that I needed to remind them a few times about contacting the owner of the vehicle to coordinate the details. Once we got that sorted out, the rest of the transaction was smooth.
Car was delivered to my doorstep, in less than 24 hours from pickup. That is some great travel time.
All in all the driver and contact at Red Carpet were intelligent. They kept me up to date on the progress and contacted me when the vehicle was to be delivered.
