I submitted my request to move the vehicle through an agency that had multiple carriers give me quotes. After talking with approximately 4 other carriers, I found that there were hidden charges, or if damage occurred while in transit I had to file with my insurance company first. I called Red Carpet, spoke with Alice Perry who was very open, honest, and helpful. Every document I asked for was supplied, the quote was WITHOUT hidden charges. I was kept advised of pick up date, time, carrier, and estimated delivery date and TIME. The driver was excellent in his service, very courteous, and ON TIME. I would highly recommend, ALICE as your personal transport specialist. I will use her again without a doubt.
