Double charged for Brokerage Services

I am active duty military and recently completed a PCS move from Virginia to California and shipped one of my personal vehicles via auto carrier in conjunction with that move. Red Carpet Auto Transport (Red Carpet) was the broker I selected to arrange the move for me. The broker fee was charged to my credit card on two separate dates. When I received my credit card statement containing those charges and contacted Red Carpet to alert them of the duplicate billing and asked to have one of them reversed, they seemed very amenable to resolving it. However, after 3 months and 4 separate phone conversations with them (to include the president) they have yet to refund the duplicate charge. While the individual who assisted me with arranging the move was very helpful and courteous, the "service after the sale" has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be recommending Red Carpet to any of my friends or fellow service members.

Scott, I apologize for this experience, as it is not something that should ever happen. We deal with an automated system that does have bugs from time to time, but I'm happy to know that everything is resolved. If you should need anything else, please let me know. Sincerely, Tony Quinn.
