Lack of feedback and follow through

Company did a decent job on the front end, picking up vehicle promptly. However, they are very poor at keeping customer in the loop. I was told the car would arrive at a certain time, took time off to be home for delivery. Car did not arrive and Red Carpet never called.

I called them and they promised to get back to me. Nada. The next morning, I placed several calls to Tim Williams. No response.


I ended up working directly with the trucking company and finally took delivery.

Finally, someone else from Red Carpet called me to apologize after car was delivered.

Very disappointing indeed.
