Red Carpet Went Out of Their Way

I had been working with another company, AutoTransport 123 for several weeks to arrange transportation of my mothers car from California to Michigan. Five days before I was set to make the move, I still had not received a contract from them. After several calls, I spoke with the owner who informed me that they had underbid and there was no way they could ship the vehicle for what his brother had quoted me. I asked him how much he could ship it for and he said, to be honest, at this point we would have to increase the quote by $500 to get it shipped. Ugh. I felt left high and dry, so I contacted Red Carpet.

Denise was like a breath of fresh air! She immediately took great care of me, giving me assurances that they could help me out, but being honest about the shortness of time and the risks of not getting a driver on such short notice. She did say I could pay an expedite fee of $300 and get a guarantee pick up in my timeframe. However, she was above board and said, "let's give it a couple of days and see if we get a driver. If not, we will still have time to put the expedite fee out there and meet your timeframe". She told me to call her the next day...Saturday! I called Saturday and she was prompt to answer. She was off work, but knew this was important to me. I called her on Sunday too (I know, I am a heel...but it was important to me). She answered on Sunday! Monday morning, she called me with the great news that a driver had been assigned. Woo Hoo!

The pickup and drop off went off without a problem. Denise followed up promptly after delivery to make sure all went well. Denise is why Red Carpet has an A rating with the BBB and demonstrates the remarkable difference between excellent customer service versus what Auto Transport 123 had to offer. I gladly endorse the use of this company for your auto transport needs...make sure to ask for Denise Flores! Thanks Denise.
