I recently had the experience of shipping my car from Arizona to California using Recon Transport out of Phoenix. I used the internet to get several bids from various companies. Recon came in the lowest at $490 (the highest bid I received from another company was $700), so I decided to use Recon. Friends warned me that the lowest bid isn't always the best bid. Well, Recon proved them wrong. From the first contact with Jeremiah at Recon, I felt in good hands. He responded promptly to my phone calls and emails, and even helped me navigate the website to do my order correctly. Not only was my car picked up exactly when Jeremiah said it would be, but the driver, Brett,(who was a pleasure to work with) delivered it a day sooner than expected. Quite a change from the first time I shipped and it took nearly 6 wks! I was also impressed by the actual door to door service. I've shipped twice before and this was the first time the company didn't ask me to deliver the car to them or to let them pick up or deliver to some other location (which would be easier for the the driver...) Needless to say, I will recommend Recon to anyone who asks and I would definitely use them again. K. Lindh (Order#41132)
