After searching through various transport companies, I decided to go with Recon Transport LLC. Jeremiah Scott was the person of contact. He was very knowledgeable, and kept me well-informed and walked me through the whole process. He even gave his personal cell phone number to contact in case anything should happen. He kept in touch from the day I received my quote up until after my car was delivered to its destination. Before the vehicle was picked up, the person picking it up did a thorough inspection of the car, making sure to mark down any and all dents, scratches, etc. Furthermore, I was able to check the status of my car by personally contacting the driver, his name was Jim (got the driver's number through the company). The driver gave me an estimated time and date of when he'll reach the destination and was very flexible in meeting up with me at a delivery location. Even though this was my first time transporting a vehicle, I felt it went smoothly and I would recommend this company to anyone. Initally, I thought it was going to be a painful experience with a lot of paperwork, and an even longer process, but they really do try to make it as easy and painless as possible. Thank you.
