When I was looking for a transport company to bring a jeep to me, I was overwhelmed with responses. I received an email from Dave telling me about this website, how to make a decision by reading reviews and the do's and don'ts . After days, I decided to go with Dave from Quicken. He was real good at returning my calls , answering questions and finding a driver for the price he quoted. I received the driver information and that the jeep would be picked up that day, that the driver would contact me. The drivers did call at 11pm and said they would be at my home at 6am. 6am came and went and at 6:45 they call to say they are 5 minutes away. I have a job, and luckily its a short shift. I told them I had to be at work at 7am and would be back at 7:35 if they could wait. Right away they got rude telling me No, to leave the money in the mailbox. I said I was told I had to go over the car and sign off on it. Driver: Who told you that? No you don't. Leave the money in the mailbox and we will drop off the car. I said No, so they told me they wouldn't drop off the car. They have other customers. I said well you said you would be here at 6am. (meanwhile it is now 7, they aren't there, I am trying to call Dave and no answer.) Their call drops, I leave for work at 7:05 they still weren't there. ( I knew where they were, when the phone drops calls it is in an area that happens to everyone on the tollway) They were still 30 minutes away and I told them that when they called back. They kept insisting they were 5 minutes away. I returned at 7:40 and they had just pulled up. They unloaded the vehicle, I paid them, signed off on the vehicle and they left, not without leaving their garbage in the street in front of my house. Real Classy. Needless to say I never heard back from Dave either. So if you want a good experience, make sure they hire courteous drivers.

At Quicken Auto Transport, we expect the drivers that we assign to our customers' vehicles to have good communication skills, prompt arrivals and courtesy towards our customers. We sincerely apologize that the driver fell short of these expectations. In an effort to stay in line with our expectations, after speaking to the driver to get his side of the story, we removed him from our preferred carrier list. We are very upset that your experience was not satisfactory. When a customer is unhappy we take this very serious as we have no ratings of this sort. When your contact at Quicken (David) first stepped into the office that morning, he immediately responded to you in order to assist with the delivery, but it was already taken care of as of 8:00 am. At Quicken we pride ourselves in over-communication and facilitating a smooth transaction for all parties involved. Please read the rest of our reviews for an accurate depiction of what to expect when utilizing our services. For a Quick Quote call 813-445-8848 PRESS 1
