Dave was very honest and upfront with the procedure of pickup and delivery. The only problem was the dispatch couldn''t give an exact time of delivery but was able to keep me informed with the location of the hauler. The driver was supposed to call 24 hrs before his delivery but never followed through. other than that, I was very pleased with the whole delivery. I would give Dave a 5 star rating and United auto transport a 4.5
