I had a cross country move this summer, and had my cars transported through my moving company, which was Triple 7 movers in Las Vegas. Apparently, they hired another company, Quality Transport LLC, out of CA.,because I just received a violation in the mail for driving through the New Jersey Turnpike without stopping to pay the toll.
I KNEW someone had driven my car, as all the gas I had just put in was gone, and my car was dirty inside, as if someone had been eating in it, and my things looked like they had been gone through. I couldn't prove anything, and I had so much trouble with the moving company itself, that I didn't think I could do anything about it until now! I have proof! They have my car on camera, DRIVING through the turnpike, NOT on a carrier!
My agreetment was door to door, which also didn't happen. They were hours late, and I had to drive miles to get to my car, where the driver had already taken it off the carrier, parked it on the wrong side of the street, and it was running, with no one in it! I don't even know if anything was stolen, as my car was totally packed, and I had been missing many items as it was! Stay away from them!!!
