I still haven't got my car. Horrible experience. Don't hire this company unless you want to end up at the police station reporting you car as stolen and making claims to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. It's extremely difficult to get a hold of them or understand them, half the time you hear them speaking Russian to each other until they hang up on you.
They gave my car to a 3rd party (I guy called Ivan I later learned) in a different city without my approval, for 5 days they refused to tell me who is in unlawful possession of my car or give me their contact information. They said they cars was supposed to be delivered by this 3rd party days ago, now they stopped replying to all communications. They have breached the contact that I had with them multiple times.
Per our contract they have to offer a 10% discount for every day they are late, they are not honoring the contract and are keeping my car hostage unless I pay the full amount. They said to me "if you don't pay in full we won't give you your car" and "we do this all the time, the customer always loses". I agreed to pay in full even though that's not part of the contract, but I still haven't got my car.
Don't hire someone that says the "customers always loses". And if you use a broker, please for you own sake, make sure they don't hire these guys on your behalf. You'll save yourself a trip to the police station, hours of fighting and discomfort. I worked though a broker, and after this the broker stopped working with them, they should get blacklisted from all brokers.
Update (6/12/14): I finally got my car, not damaged but covered in dirt. I had to pay them in full, they did not honor the discount I was entitled to, it was a very tense delivery.
Also, this company tried to remove my review from transportreviews.com my contacting the site and pretending I was not a customer of theirs, I sent the site proof that I was a customer and the review is back on the site. As a users you have a right to know who you are contracting with, I'm glad the site did the right thing and posted it back on.
