My car was picked up and delivered within the estimated time I was provided, however no one from this company made any attempts to contact me with any status of when my car would arrive. You will run into full voicemail boxes and no returned calls or emails. Not knowing where my brand new car was pretty stressful. I'm pretty sure they became annoyed at my multiple calls with even one of their dispatchers answered the phone calling me as D****bag. Honestly guys, all you needed to do is return my calls and set some expectations which would have kept me patient. After finally reaching Dan, he was able to give me contact information of the driver dropping off my car. Friendliest dude ever and he kept me informed of his whereabouts and dropped my car off at the time he provided. He wasn't the original driver who moved my car.

I'm glad my car is in one piece and still looking new aside from the 2000 mile dirt build up which was expected. The next time I need to ship a car, I will have my broker select a company who might have a tracking system and better customer service.
