I purchased a car and needed to have it shipped from North Carolina to Texas. I called Chris on a Friday and Chris had a transport ready for me on Saturday. The car was picked up on Monday. He was straight forward about the pricing and did not give me the bait and switch on the initial offer compared to the actual shipping cost like some other brokers that I dealt with.
