I started my quote early on and prior to needing the service. The broker made one attempt to get me a pick up earlier for an extra $100. I declined. Shortly after, another driver was assigned and all communication from then on was with the driver. Everything was excellent. The only minor complaint is that the driver refused to deliver the car to my house because he said his truck was too big. Many large auto transports use my road and the cul de sac at the end to turn around but that was not sufficient for this driver so we went to the end of the street to collect our vehicle. Not a big problem but a bit perplexing.
