No show increase pricing on Day of pick up

On the eve of the day pick up no one ever called and my wife was already up north. The morning of we finally got on touch and they changed. It left me in a posting that I had to drive one vehicle and rent for several months. It cost me a lot of money and they did not care. To be honest zi do not even know if my wife ever got her deposit returned since I was so upset. I can only hope someone reads this and decides not to trust these company. By the way this happen in May 2019 almost a year ago and I am sending this now. I never heard anything not even from a complaint at the Bettet Business bureau. In closing please DOLORES yourself a favor and find someone else.
