Apparently this company needs to work on their intercommunication skills, I had requested delivery on a specific day as I would be traveling all over the state throughout the week. I was told that the car would be there so I went with this company. After going through contracts and putting down our deposit, I was sent an invoice that said the car would be delivered 3 days late!!! "Professional" Moving Solutions did not do their best to correct their mistakes. I was in limbo for a day and a half which led me rushing at the last minute to go with a company who would have the car there on time. Professional Moving Solutions was NOT professional and created many problems for me, not solutions. I would NOT recommend this company to even my worst enemy!

Our customer service representatives pride themselves on listening to our customer’s needs and explaining our pickup / delivery policy in detail, but just to make sure, our written agreement is provided both with the initial emailed quote and signed by each and every customer prior to pickup to make sure weare all on the same page. Our agreement says very clearly that there is an additional fee if a guaranteed pickup / delivery day is required. We regret that there was a miscommunication with this customer and will make every effort in the future to make sure the customer isn’t assuming a service that is not being offered.
