My military son's car was shipped from Germany to N.O. LA bound for FWB FL, Agent Jason (Professional Moving Solutions) answered my email request (I was giving my son assistance due to the many things involved with moving with the Military), Jason assigned a Broker; emailed contract for $300.00 with $150.00 deposit; I agreed and signed the contract via email. New Orleans company could not release car w/o Power of Attorney because this is a Government Contract; Broker wanted additional $100.00 to wait on POA. The Agent Jason did not tell me every thing needed to make the transport possible. My son is in the Air Force, raising his son by himself for the first time, makes little income which we Americans know they don't make much money for the service they provide; Agent Jason was aware we had no more money because I tried initially to get the amount lowered. I never signed another contract for the additional amount because my son did not have additional money; I believe Jason as the liason should have been responsible for providing all the necessary information. The company was started 4 years ago by an individual who used to transport cars (according to Ben an employee of the company). Now my son is out of $150.00 due to FRAUD!
