I signed the contract with Professional Moving Solutions almost a month before my requested shipping date. The price on the original contract was $850, and I ended up paying $1150, and the car was picked up 5 days after the original requested date. Here is what I have to say based on my experience:
Plus: Good customer service. They have a quick response to your emails or telephone calls.
Minus: They don't honor the original contract. The original contract says I pay $850 out of my pocket, and my car gets shipped from Texas to Oregon. When the requested date was approaching, they were unable to find a carrier willing to ship my car with that price. I was informed that there was a carrier would pick up my car if I would pay $250 more, and they even gave me a new contract to sign. I refused to sign the new contract because I already had a contract. Two days after the requested date, they were still not able to find a carrier; and on the third day, I gave up and told them I could pay more money cause I don't want to mess up my schedule. Then, they got me a carrier asking for $300 more.
Bottom line: they don't have the control over the end price. If you want to use their service, get yourself prepared to pay some extra money than what's been agreed on in the initial contract.
