Jamie, I would like to thank you for your prompt and efficient service - picking up our Saab in Orlando and bringing it to Reel Saab in Miami for repairs. My daughter is a student at UofM and she also works in Miami. Her trip to Universal Studios was her 21st Birthday present which turned into a disaster when the car battery acid leaked all over and the car could not be started. But you really helped us out and her car will be back in commission today. I appreciate your fair price and your excellent customer care!
