There was some confusion between the driver and ourselves with regard to our instructions about not wanting the car delivered in the rain. We thought we were dealing with an owner operator and apparently the person that arranged our pick and delivery did not own the truck but contracted out to a driver. It ended up being successful, the driver of the truck was a great communicator and very fast, the car was delivered within 24 hours.
