This was actually our third time using Pride Auto Transport. We have relocated numerous times for work reasons in the last 6 years. My wife is a frugal shopper and likes to compare bids, down to the last penny. This time when I told her we were going to be moving AGAIN, her only question was if I still had the phone number for Pride and if I could remember the womans name. I of course gave her the number and asked if Heather sounded familar. Jokingly I asked her what happened to "shopping the move " and her response was the service level was worth what ever they charge. She also went on to inform me that given her experiences with the other companies we have used in the past if I wanted to shop around I was on my own if there were any problems. Coming from my wife that has to be the strongest testimonial any company can receive. Lucky for me I had already obtained quotes on the transport and the one from Pride was competitive. Long story short, the car is here, my wife and I are both happy and when we get ready to move again, we already know who we will be using.
