Prestige Auto Transport NEVER promises or guarantees any services due to the nature of this industry, such as bad weather, or mechanical issues with the booked carrier as it was clearly stated on the contract you agreed on. Also as clearly stated on the agreement that any damages that occurred during transport it was fully covered by the carriers insurance and NOT Prestige Auto Transport, so thank you so much for your review and this is an opportunity for future customers to see and understand the industry a little more.
