Horrible experience

Where do I begin with this incompetent business? I shipped my car with them earlier this year and it was the worst service I've ever received in my entire life! I was promised that my car would arrive in 4 to 5 days.. it took them 6 WEEKS to deliver the car!! Everyday I tried to follow up, it was a hassle and a long story.. i was transferred from agent to agent, constantly being lied to that my car would arrive the next day.. it was a very frustrating experience. When I eventually did receive the car weeks after, there was so many bumps and scratches. I left this review a few months ago and Riley contacted me asking me to remove it for a refund of $100. At the time , I accepted because I was in so much expenses from car rentals due to my car not being delivered on time. The refund never came through and Riley was NEVER to be Heard from again. To sum up my review.. moving from state to state is already stressful and this company makes it a worse experience. Will never recommend to anyone! Please never ever do business with them!!!!!!

Thank you for your review, and thank you for pointing stuff out that we clearly have on our contracts. Prestige Auto Transport NEVER promises or guarantees any services due to the nature of this industry, such as bad weather, or mechanical issues with the booked carrier as it was clearly stated on the contract you agreed on. Also as clearly stated on the agreement that any damages that occurred during transport it was fully covered by the carriers insurance and NOT Prestige Auto Transport, so thank you so much for your review and this is an opportunity for future customers to see and understand the industry a little more.
