Ryan missed first pickup and delivery date, then tried to bill me for an expedited date to hit the original window. Agreed to a new date, he didn't hit the revised date either. Agreed to cancel then he sent me text stating that everyone uses his company to transport and that he would make sure the drivers knew to charge me double the original rate. Buyer beware with this group!!!
