I have never recieved a pick up from these people they are a true scam and should be investigated by the BBB... I had to spend more money to drive down to Lacombe La from the northen panhandle of West Virgina to pick my car up myself. Premier Auto Shippers never answered any of my 100+ calls, and when they did pick up they spun me this crazy story about why the pickup was late and so on... If you google these guys, there are countless negative reviews on this company, I dont understand how they stay in business.

First I was contacted by a guy named Anthony, he was very knowing and respectable(or seemed to be). This was on Dec, 23 2013, I informed him I have a car that I needed picked up on Jan 2 2014. He said that will not be a problem, and was insistant that I pay the deposit of $200.00(later I found out it would really be $205.00, I still dont know what the extra $5.00 was for). So after the down I was sent this contract that I had to sign via adobe echosign, I signed it and emailed it back asap.

Weeks past and since the signing of the contract I recieved no comformation calls or nothing of the sort. On the day of pick up I called Premier Auto Shippers, I spoke to a very rude guy named Mike. He informed me that he doesn't know where the driver is and maybe he is lost somewhere in Texas (1st lie), and was just all out rude even at that time I held my temper and gave them the benifit of the dout, he finished the phone call by saying he will call me back by 6pm est that day I also informed him of the contract agreement I signed with Anthony and he told me "that that's just a piece of paper and means nothing, I can have my refund nowi f I wanted"... (nonetheless no call at 6pm). The next day I begin calling during regular business hours.. (no answer), i must of called the 38 times thoughout that day this was the 3rd of Jan 2014. I even called the guy who I spoke to at the start of this endevor Anthony and ofcourse nothing but voice mails, I called allday on the 4th untill noon I finally got this gentleman who also went by the name of Mike, he was very pleasent and easy to talk to. I informed him of my run in with the first Mike and how rude he is an needs to be fired, he expessed concern and assured me that even though pick up was late he would get me my car, he stated to me no one has even taking my cars assignment on the posting board and it will have to be re posted but he doesnt know when it will be pick up. He asked to call me back later on with more details, this call happened around 1PM EST Jan 4th 2014. Later on that day around 4 pm est I get a call from this nice Mike but the story was pure BS anyone with common sence could hear through this, what really made a red flag appear is when this guy yold me " I wont sleep untill I get you a driver, I will take your folder home and work this out myself".. Now the nail in the coffin about this Mike is that, even though he was nice and pleasent he never let you get a word in, he would talk over you and boy was he good at it. He did it in a way that didnt feal like he was bull crapping you and blowing smoke up you butt, see but being an ex salesman I know what tactic he was using he was in control of the conversation and once a salesman has the conversation he has the sale. Nonetheless I listened to his bs for about 10 min's before we hung up, he informed me that he will have a driver by Monday Jan, 6th 2014 (2nd lie, maybe 3rd or 4th, who's counting). That night around 5pm est I booked me a rental car and headed down to Lacombe, La way over 1000 miles(15+ hr drive) to get my car, I arrived in New Orleans by Sun night and picked my car up and hit the road back to West Virgina and got back home Tuesday night Jan 7th 2014.

Now on Thursday Jan. 9th 2014 I get an call from Premier Auto Shipper from a voice who goes by the name of Lee, a whole 6 days after the agreed upon pick up date. I informed this con man that I picked my car up my self and I have already put a claim in with my bank (paypal) for my refund of $205.00, now this time I had control of the conversation. I let him know of the scam that him and his company are involved in and hope to see the on American Greed one day and hung up... Listen people... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY TAKE MONEY AND RUN AND ONCE THEY GOT IT THEY ARE HARD TO CONTACT. THIS EXPERIENCE TOUGHT ME ALOT ABOUT THE AUTO SHIPPING WORLD, I WILL DO MY RESERCH NEXT TIME SO TO SAVE YOU NEW GUYS THE TROUBLE DO YOURS THANKS...

WOW!!His scheduled p/u date was between 01/02-01/04.Due to some challenging weather conditions, the driver was delayed by 3 Days. When we called to let him know,he informed us he had gone down to p/u vehicle himself. We had already paid out and assigned driver. His not communicating was what resulted in not being refunded. We have no control over weather conditions that cause delays
