Hi,
my name is syed, i shipped my vehicle with this company and the representative was Dan Carr,

initially everything was good and Dan Carr was very supportive,

and then they pick up my vehicle and delivered on time at the destination,

but at the time of delivery the carrier asked me $100 more i told hime that i have the receipt but he showed his second receipt by same company ehre the amount was mentionsed $100 more,

i told him that i'll not paid more but then he refuse to deliver the vehicle,

i called to the Company and Dan Carr but no one was not responding and then finally i paid $100 more to get my vehicle,

next day i called Dan Carr and he transfered my phone to accounts section where the guy was not behaving well and he told me he will investigate,

but after that time no one was picking up the phone

and the only thing which i could do,,, can write a review to save other people

This was not a fraudulent case. This client needed a specific p/u time which we honored. He was told that it was going to be a little more $$ to satisfy his specific need.It turned out to be only $100 which was a good deal to meet his time restraints which he admits were satisfied. We do our best to satisfy the customers need.In this case, the timeliness was stressed above any extra $$ that may have needed to be paid.We could have passed on that driver but he wanted it p/u.Afterwards,he wanted us to take financial responsibility after having given him a discount in the 1st place.
