I called three places for prices before I decided to go with Kevin @ Premier Auto Carriers . All three were within 150.00 of each other in price , and Kevin was the most expensive .I wasn ' t calling for the cheapest price , I wanted a sampling of rates because I had no idea what to expect . I liked that each time I called Kevin answered the phone , no answering machine , no voice message . The other places I had to leave a detailed message and wait for a return call . I like to know that you can reach a human being when you have a question or concern . I gave no deposit , payment was made when the car arrived . Kevin was in regular contact with me via e - mail , and the driver called me at pick - up , at 36 hrs out , again at 24 hrs and at 4 hrs then at 1hr and at 15 mins . I also received e- mail pics of the car at pick - up and as it was loaded . I made three phone calls during shipment and each time the call was answered . The schedule for pick - up and delivery was met and I was comfortable about the whole experience . I will use them again , and I have no qualms about recommending Premier Auto Carriers to others .
