Sometimes, everything works right. That was our experience. I posted a request for quotes Thursday evening with a proposed ship date 10 days later (to avoid expediting fees) but wanted the car shipped ASAP. A favorable quote was received from PAT Friday morning followed soon after by a phone call asking if our car could be ready in two hours; a truck was ready to go. The car was loaded and the truck departed Friday at noon with an expected arrival in Michigan on Tuesday morning. Communications with the driver were difficult, but the delivery was made Tuesday evening. The car sustained no damage during transport.
