Car was delivered through a subcontractor. Qwik Trans. The sub had driver and truck documentation issues, and Posey had no control over delivery or location of car. Delivered a week late after specific agreement of a "deliver by" date. They offered 50% refund, but denied costs for other damages and hid behind fine print of contract
