Check the Better Business Bureau website. I wish I had. They have a rating of D and have had 12 complaints in the last three years. They didn't find a truck to pick up my car, cancelled my order when I wrote a bad review, and DELETED this review post. (If this review gets deleted again, I will be making a complaint to the BBB and any other appropriate agency).
This company does not call you back, lies about when they will schedule a pick-up, and cost me hundreds of dollars in parking fees because of their cancelled order. Each time I called I was put on hold for a LONG time, and I often get the run-around being turned to others. Even though my order was cancelled three weeks ago, I have yet to receive my refunded deposit. Truly unprofessional.
