I secured quotes for moving an auto from Tennessee to North Dakota. P2P was not the lowest price, but they more than overcame the low price with poor service. I would never consider hoping my worst enemy would use them.

I filled out their forms, paid the booking fee, which they "generously" knocked down to $99 and told them the vehicle was ready for transport. They promised a 3-5 day pickup window. After numerous emails to them-none ever answered, I had a series of revealing conversations with them. Each time, the story was different. First it was a truck broke down, next it was we found an independent, but that one failed their background check. Next story I heard was it is really tough to find a truck to go to my location in North Dakota from Tennessee where the car is.

Then they told me they only had to make an effort to find a way to get my car here. Their web site ads and electronic phone greeting make no mention of not being able to serve locations in the US. It is not like I wanted the car moved to some far away place like the southern tip of South America, just to my town in North Dakota hich has modern attributes such as a freeway with 4 exits.

Finally they gave up and said they would refund the deposit charge on my credit card. Within a matter of hours, I had 2 quotes within $100 of each other for slightly more money, but from reliable trucking firms who answered their phones on the first ring. With P2P I was put on hold for periods ranging up to 25 minutes they never had all the information when I would finally get through to customer service.

I will never use a broker if I have to move a car again. It proved the adage to me that you get what you pay for-in this case a lower price got me nothing except aggravation.
