I can't say enough great things about Robin Tanzer at Plaza Auto Transport.

This was my first experience shipping a vehicle cross-country. I read a lot of reviews and did quite a bit of research and was really skeptical. I finally settled on Plaza because of Robin. She was diligent in returning all of my emails and answering all of my questions; at the same time she didn't hound me like all of the other companies did.

I was recovering from pneumonia and having a very difficult time speaking and when we did speak, she was extremely considerate and came across as a genuinely caring, kind, considerate person. She knew that I was on a very strict budget though she didn't pry as to why (unemployed and needed the car quickly for interviews) and I can honestly say she went "above and beyond" to get me the most economical rate. She really did. And she didn't try to make me - the customer - feel guilty about it like some of the others did.

I was also pleased with the carrier company she selected for me. They were also really kind and Robin had emphasized that the car would arrive approximately on Tuesday but that wasn't a guarantee and there was a possibility that it would arrive later. It got here on Sunday evening! And there wasn't a scratch (at least not a new one :), dent, mark or damage anywhere. It was also still very clean even though it had traveled cross country through inclimate weather on an open carrier. So the open carrier aspect should not be a concern to anyone.

So I not only would trust Robin with all of my future business because of her kindness and "super-efficiency" but also because of the carriers they have chosen to do business with.

I would recommend Robin and "Plaza..." to absolutely anyone, anytime. She is really, really outstanding as a person and a professional. This is the way to go.
