Jim and Plaza Transport are an excellent company. They communicate beautifully and take care of everything to ensure a smooth shipment. When our car arrived there was a scrape on the rear bumper that the trucking company (not plaza Transport) tried to hide with paint that they applied. Jim at Plaza Transport went the extra mile to get me the trucking company's insurance and DOT info as well as took the time to contact the trucking company to support my claim. The issue was resolved in a timely fashion without a worry about Plaza Transport.

All in all, I highly recommend Plaza Transport and Jim Thompson to anyone who wants to be sure they will have a good experience putting their car in others hands. it was our first time shipping and I can say that I will use them again for all of my shipping needs.
