After having just awful service from another carrier, it was such a pleasure to deal with Bob and Phoenix Auto Transport. He was prompt, helpful, extremely professional, honest, and had excellent follow through to make sure that the car we shipped was picked up on time and delivered safely. We had to change the date a couple of times because of unanticipated delays, and Bob was extremely pleasant and accommodating so that we were able to work out the change in pick-up date. I already have another car lined up to ship with Phoenix Auto, and have no hesitatation in using them in the future. I consider myself to be pretty demanding when it comes to customer service, and I am delighted with my experience with Phoenix Auto.
