After spending HOURS on-line, learning about all the ins and outs of transporting a vehicle to another state by car transport (of which I had NO idea there was so much to it!), I decided on Phoenix Auto Transport mainly because I read almost all of their customer reviews and their responses. There were so many satisfied customers and of the very, very few who weren't happy, Phoenix got on-line and responded to their complaints/concerns. That in itself told me that they care about their customer satisfaction and company rating. I had pulled and researched about 6-9 companies, read reviews, ratings, checked with the Better Business Bureau for complaints etc. Phoenix was the only one I checked on that didn't have any complaints. Along with their good standing/rating, their price was one of the 2 lowest quotes I received. So not only did I get a great rate, I got excellent service to go along with it!!! Yippee!! I would most definitely use their services again and RAD Enterprises LLC is the transport company they used. Brian was the driver, and he was here exactly when he said he would be, he called ahead and let me know what time he'd be here, he was very professional and polite, and he called me and my daughter to let us know the status of delivery. Delivery was 2 days AHEAD of the original delivery date! Again, kudos to him! He gave my daughter a 2 hour window, texted her when he got into town, and again upon arrival. She was very, very happy with how the car showed up. This whole process went down like clockwork, and we just don't normally have that good of luck with stuff so it was a huge success to us! Bob Crisp had returned my call within the hour of my initial phone call, followed up the next day saying he had located a truck, and said the pickup would be the following day. I was expecting a week or two out, so this was awesome! He called the day after the car was delivered to let me know it had been, I already knew though, and he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We definitely WERE! Thanks Bob and Brian for making this a very easy and quick process!!
