After looking at the primary website for reviews of shipping companies and trying to make sense of all the information or dis-information (be wary of paid reviews) I remembered that a friend had shipped a car recently. I contacted him and he referrred me to Phoenix - thank goodness. I reviewed the Phoenix reviews and found that Candice had a number of recent excellent reviews and contacted her. Candice explained the process to me and next thing I know she has a carrier lined up for the exact pick-up date I requested. Pick-up was on-time and delivery was a day early. Buffalo, NY to Dallas,TX in three days - average delivery time according to shipping website is 6 days. I would use Phoenix and Candice again should I need to ship a car or SUV. Thank you Candice, everything worked out perferctly.
