I recently had three vehicles (1957 Chevy Belair, 1955 Ford F100, and 2011 Camry) shipped from Merced, California to Tampa, Florida. I used Passage Auto Transport as a broker and we drew up two contracts for $900 per vehicle minus 75.00 deposit for each paid to broker. Philly Express Group (cell: 215-645-0646) took the contract which I thought was for three vehicles but all companies had some miss communication. Overall I had to pay addition $275.00 because of threats over the phone by Philly Express Group supervisor George to hold my cars before final payment. All people that work for this company speak very poor English, and have poor customer service. I was cussed out over phone by supervisor over final price to be paid. When the vehicles were delivered to Tampa, FL, I was called into work for a wildfire (I am a firefighter), and I called Badri, the truck driver and asked him to come by in morning when I will be off work. He insisted that he must drop off cars only tonight. I agreed because I didn't want any more issues, so he said he'll come into State Park, and near my residence around 10:00 PM. I arrived at the State Park entrance at 10:05 PM and find Badri unloading all vehicles along HWY 301 with no street lights and vehicles passing by at 70 mph. I was unable to thoroughly inspect cars at night and witness unloading of cars. My wife and I had to drive each car home one by one. There was damaged to 1955 Ford F100 while loading truck in California to front bumper cause by improper wood blocks used for lowered vehicles. When I submitted insurance paperwork and photos to company, they claimed that the damage was already there even after I just had entire truck professional painted and had witnesses of the incident. Overall bad experience shipping cars with this company. They do not care about customer service, only your money. Beware....
