I needed to ship my 2002 Honda Civic from Chicago, IL to San Diego, CA. I searched all over and dealt with many different companies offering shipping services. The prices ranged from low to high. Gilbert's company had a very reasonable quote and informed me with the amount that would be paid to the driver. I was also informed on how the services worked. Before committing to Gilbert, I did as he suggested and entertained the other shipping companies with lower quotes. i asked them out of all the money that I would be paying, how much would be paid out to the driver? What I was informed was correct, meaning that only a small amount of the total cost would be paid to the driver, which would in turn result in my car not being moved in a timely manner.

Gilbert was my contact throughout the entire process. I was able to reach him at any time and he was able to answer any and all questions or concerns I had. My car was picked up as I was told and delivered when expected. The condition of the car was just as it was before it was picked up. The driver of the truck was also very honest and the overall customer service was outstanding. I was very confident in the process. I was very impressed with the service provided that I went through Gilbert a second time when shipping my 1998 Toyota 4Runner from San Diego, CA to Chicago, IL a few months later. Again, the shipment was smooth and worry free. The driver of the second shipment again was very polite and honest. I now have much rapport with Gilbert and his drivers.

I will not ship through anyone else. =)
