Follow up on questionable business practices

I am guessing that once your vehicle is picked up through this broker all is fine. I wanted to alert you to their business practices if you cancel and post negative feedback. I wrote an earlier review about not seeing the refund and not getting calls or emails returned. I gave them a 1 star because of that, after days of trying to contact them. IMMEDIATELY after hitting the send button for my review, they called me back, offered the refund and said I had to sign some paperwork. They sent the electronic paperwork. After reviewing it I refused to sign it. It said that I get my $75 only if I allow them to pull the review I previously left off the website. And that I agree not to post any more negative reviews (which, ironically, if they just refunded the stupid $75 I would have updated my review to a positive one on my own). Anyway, after I told them I would not sign but will share online this practice, along with the actual documentation they requested me to sign, it was mysteriously "voided" online.

My credit card company will reimburse me, and even if they didn't it's worth the $75 to let others know about these practices.
