One August 9th 2018 I contacted Advanced Car Shipping who handles the dispatch for transporting cars across country! I was looking for a company to pick up my car by 8/13/2018 at the latest due to moving from Arizona to Maryland 8/16/2018. With no hesitation Celeste was amazing at finding a company for me with expected arrival on 08/11/2018. As I know the date was estimated; 3 days had passed and had received no contact from Paper Impex Transport. I contacted the driver, as I was told I was aloud to do, as I called I spoke to Sean(assuming he’s the owner/manager of the company)I explained I was just looking to see when I should expect the arrival of the driver due to it now being 08/13/2018. His response was far from what was expected. Sean rushed me off off the phone stating the driver will call when he’s near by. I’m genuinely a patient person so I let it go. Tuesday 08/14/2018 comes and still no word so I decided to contact Celeste. At this point she now had to have her manager call the owner of the company. Now I received a call from Sean stating he’s sorry the drivers passing through Texas and will be there in the morning. 08/15 no driver, no calls, I had to reach out AGAIN now an excuse of a hospitalization of a driver that someone would be there 8/16 THE DAY I LEAVE ARIZONA. They did not show until I had taken off. Also 8/16 was the estimated date of arrival in Maryland. Evan Gryka my boyfriend was told Monday for drop off. I did not receive my car until 8/21/2018 and when I called to speak to Sean if there was something he could do, he hung up the phone and began to ignore all calls. While his driver had to wait. Terrible customer service, very unpleasant workers. I do not believe I should have paid them $1100 for this service at all.
