Overall experience was very negative and will never use again. Vehicle picked up on Dec 13th with 7-10 day estimated delivery time. Vehicle was needed at destination by Dec 27th. Had trailer issues one hour into delivery in Augusta, GA. Was down one week and failed to notify me and give me options of alternate shipping. Constantly misled on location, departure times/days from various locations, etc. Another equipment failure (brakes caught fire in Nashville AND total loss on one vehicle). He called on evening of Dec 26th to inform that he wouldn't make delivery for Dec 27th appointment for my buyer to go through customs at US/Canada border crossing. We rescheduled for buyer in hopes of a delivery by Jan 6th for Jan 7th customs appointment. Told me he would depart from home base in Seattle with new truck on Tues Dec 28th to return to Nashville. Did not leave Seattle until Jan 1st. Told towing company he would return to pick up disabled trailer between Friday the 31st and Sun the 2nd. Arrived Weds the 5th in Nashville (also told me he broke down in Missouri, but it was in Nashville, guess he couldn't read map). Did not arrive at destination until Monday afternoon the 10th in Montana. Wasn't willing to wait 15 minutes on my pre-arranged inspection of the car for damages. Wanted to "drop and go". Vehicle had been driven 3 miles since it was loaded. I recorded odometer while he was preparing to load it! Guess he used it for transportation in Augusta since it was the last car he loaded before the first breakdown. Argued with me on the phone when I demanded that he wait 15 minutes on my inspector to return from lunch. Said I "bugged him repeatedly" like no other customer. I just wanted my car delivered safely and on time to my buyer, and to stay in communication with them during transit. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! SHIPPER BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
