I was told my car would be picked up on or around the 4th of may. I called the 800 number and it keeps telling that there system is down. It has been down since the 16th of April and it is may now. I am frustrated with this shit. Because the lovely company did not allow phone calls via the 800 number, my wife and i ended up drive 10 hours to get the car, if i had not did that i was going to be charged 5 dollars a day for storage. That is not bad but not being able to talk to anybody was the bad part. I just want my money back now.... unless they treat everybody like this i would not recommend this company. they could at least communicate with there customers. and let them know what is going on..
